Required Qualifications:

                Education:

• CA, ICWA/CMA,..

                Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial analysis or controllership roles.
• Prior experience managing a team of analysts.
• Strong experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

                Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP and financial software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

                Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth company.
• Knowledge of machine learning or AI in financial analytics.

Role Definition
Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit team; providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management Team.
Responsibilities
• Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager, business unit manager and Vice President.
• Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
• Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
• Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.

Legal Entity

• Track the profitability of Legal Entity
• Prepare the Cashflow for the Legal Entity
• Co-ordinate with Tax, Legal & Transfer Pricing team for compliance around Legal Entity
• Support on the Statuary Audit & ensure the smooth completion of the Audit.

NPI/NSI

• Costing Analysis of New Projects and provide recommendations based on Financial Parameters, whether to proceed with the project or not.
• Monitor actual performance against the projected Cost.
• Ensure all the Compliances in place for new products.
• Design the Accounting Flow, for smooth tracking of the product level profitability.

Commercial

• Handle Commercial Role & ensure the smooth shipment from Facility.
• Manage Accounts Payable

Budget Vs Actual

• Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.

IT Skills

• Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.

Soft Skills

• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
