Accounting Executive – U.S. Accounting Support

We are hiring an on-site Accounting Executive to support U.S.-based accounting operations . This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on bookkeeping experience who are comfortable working with U.S. clients, deadlines, and accounting systems.

This is a full-time, long-term, night-shift position based in Ahmedabad .

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Monthly financial reporting for U.S. entities
• Support accounting close processes and documentation

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad during U.S. night shift hours

• Salary: 35,000 50,000 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: Included / Additional
• Shift: U.S. Time Zone (Night Shift)
