Workplace Type: Hybrid - 2 days weekly in the office, remaining days work-from-home.


Office Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger oversight for assigned clients.
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and perform timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, MIS reports, and management summaries.
  • Actively participate in client calls and discussions to understand requirements, clarify queries, and provide accounting support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine client accounting matters, escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Support senior team members in client deliverables, financial analysis, and month-end/quarter-end close processes.
  • Work extensively with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and Zoho, including setup, review, and optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams while working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance. M.Com or Semi-Qualified CA/ACCA is a plus.
  • 2 years+ of relevant accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
  • Exposure to cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho) is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the global accounting industry.
