Accounting Executive

Hiring: Accounting Executive | Tally ERP | GST, TDS, PF & ESI Compliance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive with strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP and statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and ITC tracking
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, returns , and Form 16/16A
• Ensure timely PF and ESI compliance , filings, and reconciliations
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and expense records
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing and audit support
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for statutory compliance

Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent qualification
• 25 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and compliance timelines

Preferred

• Experience in CA firm / accounting outsourcing environment
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
