Title Accounting Analyst / Associate

Experience: 03 years in Accounts

Preferred candidates who have worked in CA Consulting firm.

Qualification: Bachelors degree of commerce graduate / Semi CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking talented and experienced Analyst to join our team, on immediate basis. This assignment presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to a high-profile engagement.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:

-Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

-Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

-Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.

-Manage receivables, issue invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.

3. GST Compliance:

-Ensure proper accounting for GST transactions.

-Prepare and file GST returns in a timely manner.

4. Direct & Indirect Tax and Income Tax:

-Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

-Ensure compliance with income tax regulations and timely filing of income tax returns.

5. Profession Tax Compliance:

-Stay updated on profession Tax regulations and ensure compliance.

-Process and remit profession Tax in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Bank Reconciliation:

-Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

-Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient fund utilization.

7. Financial Reporting:

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Analyse financial data and provide insights and support decision-making.

8. Audit and Internal Controls:

-Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

9. Software and Systems:

-Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.

Skills & Attributes:

Bachelors degree in accounts, finance

Hands on experience on Tally software

Good communication and organizational skills

Strong proficiency in Excel

Good financial knowledge

Experience with GST compliance and filing.

Good knowledge of TDS regulations and filing procedures

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Employment Terms:

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time) with Alvino Consultancy

Work Mode: In office

CTC Range: 3.00 4.00 LPA (Negotiable basis experience and fit)

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Off)
