Accounting & Admin Associate

Role title: Associate - Accounting & Admin

Position: Full-time, on-site (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

This hire will be under our CA firm, located on the same premises.

Experience required: Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounts, invoicing, taxation (preferably in a professional services setup). Must be hands-on with data entry in Tally, TDS & GST filings, MIS reports and other analyses reports for us, as part of our CA firm's team.

Must be organised, process-driven, and comfortable owning financial workflows end-to-end.

Bonus: strong communication skills (spoken & written English).

Were looking for someone to work within a Chartered Accountancy firm, dedicated to 1-2 key clients.

Salary: Rs. 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 p.a.

• Contracts & Documentation (Admin)

What success looks like in this role:

• Payments are received on time and outstanding receivables are actively tracked
• Financial records and books of accounts are accurate and audit-ready
• Vendor payments and reimbursements are processed without delay
• TDS and GST compliance is maintained
• Management has timely visibility into revenue, expenses and cash flow
• Budget vs actual performance is tracked and variances are reported proactively
