Key Responsibilities

• Manage student fee collection and maintain accurate records.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank accounts.
• Manage college expenses, process payments, and maintain expense records.
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
• Support payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management for financial requirements.

Required Qualifications

• B. Com / M. Com (Accounting/Finance specialization preferred).
• 02 years of relevant experience (experience in educational institutions preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers are also eligible.
