The Propdream Team NCR's leading luxury real estate agency with a legacy since 1989 is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accountant & Admin Executive to keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Handle:

Accounts:

Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries (Tally/Excel)

Managing invoices, payments, and vendor accounts

Bank reconciliation and petty cash management

Assisting with GST filings, TDS, and basic compliance

Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

Admin:

Managing office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination

Handling documentation, filing, and record management

Supporting HR admin tasks attendance, onboarding paperwork

Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel as needed

Being the go-to person who keeps the office running like clockwork

What We're Looking For:

13 years of experience in accounts and/or office administration

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic GST/TDS knowledge

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable especially with financial data

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Real estate or professional services background is a plus
