Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements. The role will also involve budgeting, financial reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective financial management across projects.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other relevant software
• Familiarity with taxation and regulatory compliance processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CA (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage but not required
