Job Summary

N Tek Software Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial activities for our recruitment services business. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, financial record keeping, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
• Prepare and process client invoices and track payments
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Maintain proper financial documentation and reports
• Coordinate with management and external CA for statutory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / MBA Finance)
• 23 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
