We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who will not only manage company accounts but also take ownership of purchase accounting, GRN entry, barcoding, and inventory movement between warehouse and store. This role is ideal for someone with accounting expertise and hands-on experience in retail or warehouse operations.

• Maintain day-to-day company accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts)
• Handle purchase accounting and vendor invoices
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers
• Assist with GST compliance, returns, and basic statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly reports for management (expenses, purchases, stock value)
• Coordinate with external CA for audits and filings
  

• Enter purchase invoices and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) accurately in the software
• Match purchase orders with received stock and invoices
• Coordinate with vendors for discrepancies or shortages
  

• Generate and issue barcodes for new stock
• Ensure correct tagging and categorization of products
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system
  

• Manage stock inward and outward between warehouse and store
• Track inter-branch transfers (Store Warehouse)
• Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in audits
• Ensure inventory data accuracy at all times
  

• 35 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Experience with inventory management and GRN processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting or inventory software (Tally / ERP / POS systems preferred)
• Good Excel skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with store & warehouse teams
