Location: Onsite at Madhapur, Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US payroll, tax filings, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations

Handle payroll processing and related tax filings (Federal & State)

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Collecting Timesheets from employees

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2+ years of US accounting experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong knowledge of US taxation and payroll processing

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
