Accountant

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, inventory management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role that involves actively managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation norms.

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and maintain general ledger records.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
  

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock data with financial records.
• Assist in cost accounting and track material usage and wastage.
  

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns.
• Assist in statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  

• Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
• Help in budgeting and cost control activities.
• Support the finance team with audit documentation and queries.
  

• CA (Fresher) or Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
