Job Summary:


We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive who can efficiently manage accounting, administrative, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, take ownership of invoices and payments, and support HR and statutory compliance functions.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts Responsibilities:


  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally software

Maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries

  • Manage invoices, payments, and receivables, ensuring timely follow-ups

Take complete responsibility for payment tracking and payment execution

  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain and analyze financial data using MS Excel
  • Prepare basic reports, MIS, and summaries as required
  • Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all financial transactions


Excel & Data Management:


  • Maintain structured data records and reports in Excel
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Use Excel formulas, filters, pivot tables, and lookups where required


Admin, HR & Compliance Responsibilities:


  • Handle administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave records, and employee data
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with government departments

GST

TDS

PF / ESIC

Other statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain proper records and filings related to compliance
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and vendors when required



Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Tally

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Basic knowledge of HR administration and statutory compliance

Good communication and coordination skills



Experience:

  • 12 years experience in Accounts & Admin role (flexible based on skillset)
