• Accurate and timely entries in Tally
• Maintain and reconcile all ledger balances regularly
• Proper arrangement of all bills (Sales, Purchase, Expenses) in chronological order
• Maintain reports in Excel / Google Sheets as directed
• Provide timely work updates and status reports
• Ensure clear communication to avoid missing or incorrect entries
• GST filing and compliance
• TDS & TCS return filing
• Knowledge of ESI & PF return filing (added advantage)
• Perform other accounting responsibilities as assigned

• Strong knowledge of Tally
• Good understanding of GST, TDS & accounting principles
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and organized working style
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce is added Advantage
