Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Ghaziabad. The Accountant will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with reporting and tax requirements. Core responsibilities include preparing financial reports, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, income tax and GST returns and cases. The candidate will also handle payroll processing, coordinate with auditors, and ensure proper financial controls are in place.

Qualifications

Education

• B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)
• CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Experience

• 47 years of relevant accounting experience
• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing, trading, or inventory-based business
• Hands-on experience managing GST and TDS filings independently

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
• Experience with inventory accounting and cost tracking
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit coordination

Functional Expertise

• Vendor & customer reconciliations
• Monthly closing and financial reporting
• Working capital tracking
• Liaising with auditors and tax consultants
