Role Overview

Were looking for a proactive, reliable Accountant who can take full ownership of all accounting operations from daily bookkeeping and reconciliations to GST filings and monthly financial reports. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and end-to-end financial ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day accounting operations entries, invoices, bills, vouchers, payments, receipts, etc.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure inter-brand financials are reconciled.
  • Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and monthly returns.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Perform complete reconciliations including:
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Vendor & Supplier Reconciliation
  • Customer & Advance Reconciliation
  • Inter-company / Inter-brand Reconciliation
  • Inventory & Stock Reconciliation
  • Payment Gateway & Shopify Reconciliation
  • Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits with internal and external auditors.
  • Maintain organized, accurate financial documentation for all transactions.
  • Generate periodic MIS and financial reports for management review.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail, fashion, or startup environments)
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is an added advantage
  • Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance norms
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and accountability
