Founded by Ripple Nagpal, an experienced startup lawyer and company secretary, Bizlegal India has a history of closely working with startups, multinational corporations, and angel investors. The firm is dedicated to providing specialized services to help businesses navigate complex legal landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing invoices (firm + clients) in Tally
• Maintaining books of accounts
• GST & TDS compliances
• Client payment follow-ups and reconciliations
• Monthly MIS, budgeting & basic financial analysis
• Coordination with banks, clients & internal teams
• Supporting financial due diligence and audits

Requirements:

• Commerce graduate / Inter-CA / experienced accountant
• Hands-on experience with Tally, GST & TDS
• Understanding of law-firm or professional-services accounting is a plus
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
