Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits, reconciling bank statements, and preparing tax filings. Day-to-day tasks will include budgeting, financial analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial record management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, audits preparation, and relevant financial regulations
• Experience with accounting software and tools, including proficiency in Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent are an advantage
• Effective communication skills for preparing financial reports and collaborating with teams
• Work experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
