ACCOUNTANT

Position: Accounts Executive / Chartered Accountant

Company: Amera Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Plot No. 1, Near to Saint Martin Academy, Jagat Khera Road, Kalli Pashchim, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh -

Salary: 22,000 25,000 per month

Experience: 13 Years (Export / Manufacturing preferred)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter / Qualified as applicable)

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts
• Handle sales, purchase, journal, and bank entries
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Manage export-related accounting , including foreign currency transactions
• Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, LUT, IGST refund basics)
• Maintain records for export documentation such as invoices, shipping bills, and e-BRC
• Assist in salary processing , attendance records, and statutory deductions
• Track receivables, payables, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and support audits
• Coordinate with banks, CA, and internal departments as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Working experience in Tally / ERP
• Basic understanding of Export Accounting & GST
• Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Experience in export / manufacturing industry will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of foreign exchange gain/loss
• Good communication and coordination skills
