We are mainly in property rental and maintenance business and investments. The job involves managing the small accounts department and the office itself. Located at Mumbai Central.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The role includes reconciling accounts, managing invoices, assisting in audits, and working with a professional CA firm to ensure all compliances and audits on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Ledger Management
- Knowledge of Auditing Procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Ability to work collaboratively with outside agencies.
