Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts & Finance Administrator to manage day-to-day accounting records, financial documentation, and administrative coordination. This role is vital in ensuring accuracy in financial data, smooth office operations, and process efficiency within a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Operations

  • Maintain and update financial records, accounting entries, and ledgers
  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Track expenses, invoices, and payment records
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for finance-related requirements

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and financial data records
  • Support management with reports, data preparation, and operational tasks
  • Assist in ensuring process discipline and documentation compliance

Coordination & MIS

  • Provide support for client-related documentation and internal account records
  • Maintain and update MIS reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Coordinate with different departments for data verification and process completion

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Knowledge of account reconciliation and financial record management
  • Good administrative and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in accounts, finance operations, or administration
  • Experience in a financial services or wealth management firm will be an added advantage
