Role Summary



ULIO is seeking a Senior Associate Account & Relationship Management to manage and grow partnerships with international schools across India.


This role combines pre-sales engagement, onboarding, relationship management, and retention, ensuring schools derive maximum value from the ULIO platform for career guidance, student profile building, university exploration, and application support.


The candidate will work closely with school counselors, principals, and academic leadership teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term partnerships.


The role requires strong relationship management, consultative sales ability, and understanding of international school ecosystems (IB, Cambridge, CBSE international schools).



Key Responsibilities


1. School Partnership Development (Pre-Sales)

Identify and engage international schools across India for ULIO platform partnerships.

Conduct product demos and presentations for school leadership and counselors.

Understand school counseling workflows and demonstrate how ULIO enhances student outcomes.

Work with internal teams to prepare partnership proposals and pricing structures.

Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.



2. School Onboarding & Implementation

Lead school onboarding and implementation after partnership confirmation.

Conduct training sessions for counselors, teachers, and administrators.

Ensure successful integration of ULIO into the schools career counseling process.

Monitor early-stage adoption and ensure students and counselors activate accounts.



3. Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools.

Maintain strong relationships with:

School counselors

Career guidance departments

Academic coordinators

School leadership

Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly review meetings with partner schools.

Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration such as:

workshops

counseling sessions

university events

student engagement programs.



4. Account Growth & Retention

Ensure high retention rates for school partnerships.

Track usage metrics and proactively address adoption issues.

Identify upsell opportunities such as:

additional student licenses

premium features

counselor training programs

university events or workshops.



5. Customer Success & Support

Coordinate with internal product, tech, and support teams to resolve school queries.

Track platform usage and engagement across schools.

Collect feedback from counselors to improve product features and services.

Ensure schools are consistently seeing value from ULIOs platform and services.



6. Events & Engagement

Organize school workshops, webinars, and career guidance sessions.

Represent ULIO at:

school events

counselor conferences

education fairs.

Support ULIO-led student engagement programs and retreats.

Candidate Profile

Experience

36 years experience in:

B2B relationship management

education partnerships

edtech sales

school engagement roles


Experience with international schools preferred.



Skills Required

Ability to travel and conduct on-ground meetings



Education


Masters/Bachelors degree required
