Role Summary


The Account & Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with ULIOs customers and partners (students/parents, schools, counselors, universities, and vendors). This role ensures smooth onboarding, high engagement/adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities, while acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Ownership

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Build strong relationships with school leadership, counselors, parents, and partner stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints and ensure customer satisfaction.


Onboarding & Activation

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and training for customers/partners.
  • Ensure successful activation: account setup, user access, onboarding checklists, and adoption milestones.
  • Support customers in understanding platform usage and features relevant to their needs.


Customer Success & Retention

  • Track engagement and usage to prevent churn and ensure continuous value.
  • Handle escalations, coordinate solutions with tech/support teams, and ensure closure.
  • Collect feedback and share insights for product improvement.


Renewals & Upsell Growth

  • Manage renewal pipeline; begin renewal discussions in advance.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, add-ons, workshops, and additional seats.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate commercials with relevant teams.


Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate across internal teams (Tech, Counseling, Ops, Sales, Marketing) to fulfill account needs.
  • Maintain account trackers: status, issues, milestones, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Share weekly/monthly account health updates and risks.


Partner Engagement (Schools / Counselors / Universities / Vendors)

  • Manage partner relationships and ensure partners meet agreed activation steps.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and referral loops.
  • Track partner performance and improve partner retention.


Skills & Requirements


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (email, calls, WhatsApp).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management (EdTech preferred).
  • Organized, process-driven, strong follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

  • Renewal rate and churn reduction
  • Upsell/add-on revenue from existing accounts
  • Customer satisfaction score / feedback tracking
