Account Recruitment Manager / Sales Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced Account Manager / Sales Manager to handle Middle East and European markets for our growing business. This is a senior role for someone who can drive client relationships, revenue, and team performance over the long term.

Position: Account Manager / Sales Manager

Experience Required: 1012+ years

Shift: UK Shift (1.30 PM- 10.30 PM IST)

Location: Noida 62 (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts across Middle East and European regions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle including client acquisition, negotiations, closures, and account growth
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 68 recruiters, ensuring target-driven performance
• Coordinate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality closures

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1012+ years of proven experience in Account Management / Sales / Business Development
• Strong exposure to Middle East and European markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills
• Experience working in UK shift with overseas clients
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet aggressive targets
