Account Receivable Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raise accurate, timely invoices for all B2B AMC contracts.
• Execute milestone-based billing strictly per contract terms.
• Maintain and publish AR aging reports; track outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with clients on overdue payments; resolve billing disputes.
• Reconcile payments against invoices; maintain clean ledgers.
• Escalate overdue accounts per process; support internal audits.
• Share weekly / monthly AR dashboards with management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 14 years in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong grasp of invoicing, AR aging & reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and Tally / ERP systems.
• Effective communication for client follow-ups.
• High attention to detail with an ownership mindset.
