Job Description
Office Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Number of Vacancies: 15+
Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
Years of experience: 5 to 7
Position description: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Vendor Bills Processing
- Vendor Statement Reconciliation
- Bank Entries and Reconciliation
- Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
- Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
- Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
- AR and Revenue Reconciliation
- Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
- Sales Tax calculation and filing
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
- Internal communication for routine queries and questions
- Review and preparation of financial statements
