About the Role:

Were hiring a Account Manager to to support the growth and management of our platform and business listings for AD PRO Directory

The role will be responsible for managing the business listing & platform management activities associated with the platform, as well as coordinating with the clients to upload and manage new listing entries

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

• Upload and Manage product listing, optimization, and maintenance on web-based platform
• Work with product & technology team to improve user journeys
• Plan & execute QC activities for listing platform & content management system
• Check for correctness of listing details & work with clients to correct entries
• Resolve technical & operational issues with listing by working business & technology teams
• Oversee data collection, cleaning & analysis responsibilities associated with the business function

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in managing a web-based content management system
• Deep knowledge of MS Excel, SQL and analytics
• Interest in building & maintaining a robust technology product

Experience managing and optimizing listings on web-based platforms

Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of MS Excel, SQL(optional), and data analysis

Ability to coordinate with clients and internal product & technology teams

Attention to detail when reviewing and maintaining listing accuracy

Interest in building and improving robust technology-driven products
