Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for driving lead generation, and end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT, Technology, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing clients across Singapore and the SEA region. This is a 360 role combining lead generation, business development, sales, and recruitment , partnering closely with clients to deliver niche and high-demand technical talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation


  • Identify and develop new client opportunities within Technology, semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships .


Recruitment & Delivery (360 Role)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for permanent and contract roles across IT, engineering, semiconductor, and manufacturing domains for SEA region.
  • Partner with clients to deeply understand technical requirements, production environments, technology stacks, and compliance needs .
  • Source and assess candidates across a wide range of technical roles, including but not limited to:
  • Software, Data, Cloud, and Cybersecurity professionals
  • Semiconductor design, process, test, and yield engineers
  • Manufacturing, automation, robotics, and maintenance engineers
  • Quality, EHS, supply chain, and production leadership roles
  • Conduct candidate screening, technical assessments (where applicable), and manage interview coordination.
  • Lead offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Manage hiring mandates across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, HongKong, Thailand, Indonesia, and Philippines .
  • Collaborate with regional delivery teams to ensure timely execution across cross-border hiring projects.


Key Requirements

Experience

  • 36 years of experience in recruitment agency in Lead generation and with focus on IT, engineering, semiconductor, or manufacturing domains.
  • Strong track record in lead generation, sales and 360 recruitment delivery .
  • Experience working with MNCs, global engineering firms, fabs, or manufacturing clients preferred.

  • Strong client and candidate engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of technical and engineering talent markets in Singapore and SEA.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, target-driven agency environment .
