Account Manager International Accounts (USA Market)

Location: Hyderabad/ Delhi (with partial US time zone overlap)

Industry: Optical Fibre Cable, Data Centre Products, B2B Technology Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow key international accounts in the USA market, specifically supporting global clients such as Google and Meta. The role will be based in India and will require close coordination with US stakeholders, including flexibility for partial working hour overlap with the USA time zone.

The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from a top-ranked institute with 13 years of experience managing international B2B customers, preferably within technology, telecom, data centre, or infrastructure product environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with key international clients (USA-based accounts)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers such as Google and Meta
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally with sales, operations, supply chain, and technical teams
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationship building
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
  • Prepare account performance reports, forecasts, and customer presentations
  • Support contract discussions, pricing coordination, and commercial negotiations
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA from a top-tier business school (Tier 1 preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in international account management or B2B customer handling
  • Experience working with global clients, preferably in the USA market
  • Exposure to B2B product-based industries such as telecom, optical fibre, data centre, networking, or infrastructure solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with partial US time zone overlap
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
