Youll play a key role in growing US System Integrator (SI) accounts while strengthening and expanding existing client relationships.

Account Management

• Own and grow US-based SI accounts
• Drive consistent job flow, repeat business, and account expansion
• Work with MSPs, VMS platforms, and direct SI clients
• Negotiate bill rates and margins.
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure fast submissions and closures
• Share market insights and client feedback to strengthen sales and delivery strategies
  

• Strong experience in US IT staffing
• Solid understanding of MSP/VMS models, rate cards, and margins
• Exposure to Beeline or Fieldglass is a plus
