Account Manager (US Staffing)

Job Description:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to effectively understand their hiring needs.
• Create and implement strategic plans to enhance services offered to existing accounts.
• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters to ensure high productivity and exceptional work quality.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the organization, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage and oversee the recruitment requirements from established clients efficiently.
• Ensure prompt and accurate submission of candidate profiles to clients for review.
• Follow up on submissions and monitor progress while maintaining transparent communication.
• Supervise the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate screening.
• Establish performance targets, evaluate team achievements, and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize client submission data to improve recruitment strategies proactively.
