Job Description
We are seeking for an experienced Account Manager to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Responsible for identifying training needs for their team members and also be able to train them in certain areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels
- Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
