Job Title: Account Manager/Senior Manager - International Payments

Location: Delhi/NCR, India

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international payments, overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation. You will also play a key role in budgeting and financial planning for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• International Payments: Handle international transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. Manage both AR and AP functions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and conduct variance analysis.
• Team Leadership: Lead a small team (3-5 members) managing accounting functions, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• SAP Usage: Use SAP for financial operations, including general ledger entries, and ensure accurate transaction coding.
• Reconciliation: Oversee monthly reconciliations for bank, inter-company, and other accounts.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with accounting standards for international transactions. Assist with audits and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in AR/AP: Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
• Financial Reporting: Experience in preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis.
• SAP Expertise: Comfortable using SAP for financial operations (AR, AP, GL).
• Team Management: Proven experience in managing small teams and guiding them to meet targets.
• Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum B.Com, M.Comor MBA in Finance.
• Experience with international tax regulations and VAT.
• SAP experience is Mandatory
