Position description:

 1-2+ years of experience, preferably with digital/advertising agencies or with sports marketing/management firms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attending all the required meetings (internal and external) and ensuring clear minutes of the meeting are captured basis the discussion
• Serving as the bridge between the client and the content team
• Updating the daily, weekly and monthly content trackers
• Updating the weekly/monthly report trackers
• Create templatised weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
• Coordination between the content, design, and the video teams for the creation of content assets making sure they are in line with the client’s brand guidelines
• Coordination with performance marketing team when needed to create assets and updating trackers for content promotion
• Ensuring the deliverables are met in a timely manner.
• Wherever necessary, coordinate with tech team to update content on the relevant website(s)/app(s
• Regular research and documentation of the best industry practices
• Ensure all processes (internal and external) are followed
• Sharing daily task list and delegating tasks among team members
