Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager SMB Sales to manage, nurture, and grow relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. This role calls for a strong consultative mindset, the ability to understand client needs deeply, and the drive to deliver value through tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in upselling, cross-selling, and managing the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to closingwhile ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs, identify business challenges, and propose customized product and service solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by executing strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and customer success.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to position offerings effectively.
- Represent the company at SMB events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Track, analyze, and present sales activities, forecasts, and insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 23 years of proven experience in SMB account management, consultative selling, or B2B sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with SMB clients and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
