We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail accounts (LFRs). Your main goal will be to maximize sales and profitability while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (large retail chains/stores).
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product development) to ensure timely and smooth operations.
- Develop strategic plans for account growth, pricing strategies, and new product placements.
- Use CRM systems to manage account data, track sales activities, and monitor account performance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the LFR industry.
- Generate reports on sales performance, account profitability, and market insights.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within LFR (Large Format Retail) sector.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
