Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitoring customer accounts, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Regularly updating clients on product developments and addressing any concerns promptly are also vital aspects of this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing customer accounts and market trends
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
  • Problem-solving skills and focus on delivering client-centric solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in the agricultural or related industry
  • Accountant with Experience in Agrochemicals/Micro Nutrients Industries are preferred.
  • Handling GST,TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Needed Atleast 5 -10 years Experience in Accounting and Taxation.
