Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mumbai.

Job description:

Managing group of entities with respect to

- Review accounting records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, general ledger, and bank reconciliations on periodical basis

- Coordinate, supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Ensure accurate financial documentation are available on record

- Manage tax filings including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure vouching of documents done on timely basis

- Prepare and review financial statements such as profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow reports and necessary reports

- Preparation of MIS on quarterly basis

Expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting

Proficiency in tax compliance, laws, and taxation strategies

Strong client relationship management skills and ability to communicate effectively

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment

Prior experience in client-oriented services is advantageous
