Job Description

Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be deployed at the client location to manage end-to-end hiring and directly collaborate with the clients business and HR teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, deep understanding of IT hiring, and the ability to independently drive closures within defined timelines.


Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary recruitment point-of-contact for the clients business teams.
  • Understand manpower requirements, role expectations, technical competencies, and timelines.
  • Manage daily interactions with hiring managers and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and hiring progress reports.

2. End-to-End IT Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across mid-level IT skill sets.
  • Conduct competency-based evaluations and assess skill fitment.
  • Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback coordination.
  • Drive offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding support.

3. Delivery & Process Management

  • Ensure continuous pipeline creation for critical roles.
  • Track and achieve position closures as per SLAs and TAT.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.
  • Identify challenges in hiring and propose practical solutions proactively.

4. Market & Talent Insights

  • Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring patterns.
  • Suggest sourcing strategies to improve reach and reduce turnaround time.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the hiring cycle at the client site.
  • Good understanding of technical skills, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and closure ability.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
