Role Accountabilities
client & workforce planning integration
embed with client teams to understand workforce planning and future needs
feed client insights back into community strategy for long-term alignment & coordinate with
community partners
build and maintain strategic partnerships with client hiring managers, understanding their
needs and expectations regarding talent.
communicate effectively but within the boundaries allowed by specific vms models,
respecting program office boundaries.
vms management & compliance
participate in quarterly business reviews (qbrs) with vms/msp teams when invited.
order management
monitor vms portals daily for new job requisitions.
track candidate submissions in internal ats and vms for real-time visibility.
ensure all submissions meet compliance standards (certifications, background checks, drug
screens).
manage offers through the vms (acceptance, negotiation, counter-offers).
talent management/compliance
ensure consultants submit timesheets in the correct vms system and approve timecards if
required.
manage consultant extensions, rate increases, or project changes through the vms.
vms performance management
generate vms reports on submittals, interviews, offers, starts, and fill ratios.
track performance kpis such as time-to-submit, submittal-to-interview ratio, interview-to-
offer ratio, and start-to-submission ratio.
analyze declining trends and recommend corrective actions.
