Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager - Post Sales, based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical meetings with existing clients across Mumbai & nearby areas
• Own and achieve account retention targets
• Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue targets from existing accounts
• Identify expansion opportunities within client accounts
• Handle offline setup coordination and on-ground implementation support
• Ensure smooth onboarding and feature adoption
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers
• Monitor account health and proactively prevent churn
• Coordinate internally with onboarding and technical teams to resolve client concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success
• Proven track record of meeting retention and revenue targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in SaaS / CRM industry preferred
• Decent technical understanding of: HTML basics, Java basics
• Other technical tools and integrations
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Comfortable with field visits and work-from-office environment
