Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager - Post Sales, based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical meetings with existing clients across Mumbai & nearby areas
- Own and achieve account retention targets
- Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue targets from existing accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities within client accounts
- Handle offline setup coordination and on-ground implementation support
- Ensure smooth onboarding and feature adoption
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Monitor account health and proactively prevent churn
- Coordinate internally with onboarding and technical teams to resolve client concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success
- Proven track record of meeting retention and revenue targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in SaaS / CRM industry preferred
- Decent technical understanding of: HTML basics, Java basics
- Other technical tools and integrations
- Ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Comfortable with field visits and work-from-office environment
