Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with statutory and internal policies. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.

Designation - Accounts Manager

Location - Kharadi ( Pune )

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense controls
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support management with financial reports and analysis
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage
• 58 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.)
• Good command over MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
