Account Manager Creative Strategy & Team Lead (Finance)

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in finance/BFSI marketing who can lead a team of 5 creatives (Copy, Design, Video) while acting as the primary client point of contact. This role combines client servicing, financial content strategy, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between finance client POCs and internal team
• Translate financial product briefs (banking, investments, insurance, fintech) into clear creative direction
• Lead campaign strategy across copy, graphics, and video for digital platforms
• Ensure communication is compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage timelines, task allocation, and quality control
• Consolidate and communicate client feedback clearly
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects
• Step in to write financial copy or design creatives when required

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in an agency/digital marketing setup (finance/BFSI exposure preferred)
• Experience handling financial clients independently
• Ability to manage and coordinate a small creative team
• Strong copywriting skills with understanding of financial products
• Working knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
