Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive campaign execution, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and hands-on experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and offline platforms.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management


Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients


Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and performance


Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable briefs


Proactively identify growth and upselling opportunities


2. Campaign Planning & Execution


Lead end-to-end campaign execution (Digital, Social, Print, Film, BTL, etc.)


Develop clear and insightful creative briefs


Coordinate with Creative, Media, Production, and Digital teams


Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget


3. Strategy & Planning


Contribute to campaign strategy discussions


Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights


Present campaign ideas, proposals, and reports to clients confidently


4. Financial & Commercial Management


Manage budgets, estimates, and invoicing


Ensure profitability of accounts


Track campaign spends and ROI


5. Reporting & Performance Analysis


Monitor campaign performance


Share monthly/quarterly performance reports


Provide actionable insights for optimization


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field


46 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency


Strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns


Excellent presentation and communication skills


Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability


Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts


Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of ad platforms is a plus
