About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client servicing, basic understanding of digital marketing activities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance, social media).
• Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks as per client expectations.
• Maintain project timelines, reports, and client documentation.
• Assist in preparing presentations, campaign updates, and performance reports.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, content, creatives, ads).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-friendly attitude.
