About the Role

Account Manager (12 years experience)

Were looking for an Account Manager to join our in-house creative team at our Noida office.

In this role, youll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering project end-to-end

ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work directly with clients, cross-functional teams, and vendors to keep workflows smooth and outcomes aligned with business goals. This role requires sharp organizational skills, clear communication, and a passion for bringing structure to creativity.

Mandatory Requirements and Skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities -

Project Planning and Management

Assist in planning and structuring project phases from initiation to final delivery.

Break down complex projects into clear milestones, tasks, and deadlines.

Monitor and track project progress in tools like Zoho Projects.

Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure smooth execution.

Client and Team Collaboration

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Communicate project updates and gather feedback in a clear, timely manner.

Support onboarding of new client accounts with proper documentation and workflow handover.

Participate in review meetings and assist in managing revisions.

Workflow and Quality Control

Maintain structured documentation of all project files and reports.

Verify deliverables before submission for accuracy, alignment, and consistency.

Identify risks or bottlenecks early and escalate to senior management.

Coordinate with third-party vendors or partners when required.

What Were Looking For -

Core Skills

Strong knowledge of account management fundamentals (Agile/Scrum preferred).

Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills..

Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Knowledge Base

Basic understanding of IT/software development lifecycles or creative workflows.

Familiarity with branding/marketing/digital project requirements.

Understanding of task prioritisation, risk management, and reporting.

Awareness of vendor coordination (print, digital, third-party tech support).
