Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client communication and expectations
  • Understand campaign goals and recommend data-driven strategies
  • Lead internal coordination from briefing to reporting
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns in collaboration with media teams
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and review insights
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities
  • Document action plans, meeting notes, and updates
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and innovations
Who You Are
  • 35 years in account/client servicing roles in digital or performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Highly organized, with multitasking abilities
  • Preferably experienced with Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic
  • Strong in data analysis and insights reporting
  • High-ownership mindset and startup-ready
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio
  • Project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Notion
  • Experience with influencer/content-led performance campaigns
