- Manage end-to-end client communication and expectations
- Understand campaign goals and recommend data-driven strategies
- Lead internal coordination from briefing to reporting
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns in collaboration with media teams
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and review insights
- Identify growth and upsell opportunities
- Document action plans, meeting notes, and updates
- Stay updated with digital trends, platforms, and innovations
- 35 years in account/client servicing roles in digital or performance marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Highly organized, with multitasking abilities
- Preferably experienced with Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic
- Strong in data analysis and insights reporting
- High-ownership mindset and startup-ready
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio
- Project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Notion
- Experience with influencer/content-led performance campaigns
