Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Location: Minsub Ventures Private Limited, 24/1, A Block, Doddanekundi, Ferns City Road, Outer Ring Rd, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037

Reports To: Chartered Accountant

Job Description:

(a)Strong Working Knowledge of Tally

(b)Proficient in MS excel and MS word.

(c)Working Knowledge of Accounting, TDS, GST, Income Tax, PT, PF & ESIC Provisions.

(d)Should have Proficient Knowledge about GST Filings, TDS Filings, PF & ESIC Filings, PT Filings, Income Tax Filings, Annual GST Audits, and Statutory Audits.

(e)Ensure Monthly Compliances w.r.t TDS, GST, PF & ESIC, PT, and other statutory laws.

(f)Ensuring all statutory compliances on a monthly, quarterly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Basis.

(g)Annual Financial Statements Preparation, ITRs Preparation, Tax Audits Preparation, and filing of different forms with the Income Tax Department

(h)Preparation of Various MIS for clients in their specific formats.

(i)Having Good communication skills so that they can liaise with clients and provide financial information based on the data maintained.

(j)Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures and federal and state regulations.

(k)Theoretical knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA regulations, and FDIs would be an added advantage

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter would be an added advantage.
• Experience of 4 to 5 years. Experience in a CA Firm would be preferred.
• Should have experience in handling a team of 3 to 4 people.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Five Days Working

Budget Around 40,000 per month
