Account Manager

Position: - Manager Account

Job Summary: -

Candidate will be responsible for the Accounts and Finance Department. This will include maintenance of regular Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Bank correspondence and related activities to import export, LC, BG etc. Handle direct and indirect tax in coordination with consultants and CFO. Finalization of accounts

MAGWEN Valves Private Limited, a 29-year-old companyfounded in Magdeburg, Germany, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and delivering flow control solutions globally. The India facility, established in December 2017, has been the sole manufacturing site for the group since July 2020. Their product range includes innovative valve solutions for various industries.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Expert Knowledge on accounting and able to Finalize Accounts independently.
• Coordination with Statutory and internal Auditors
• EXPERT knowledge of TALLY PRIME accounting software for manufacturing operations which includes import - export accounting, GST accounting and reporting, job working accounting and documentation as per GST rules, Inventory Accounting, manufacturing accounting in Tally Prime and Exposure to any ERP system.
• Expert knowledge in GST and working knowledge of TDS is a mandatory will also need to coordinate with consultants.
• Working knowledge of PT, PF and other related laws.
• Working/Expert knowledge of Banking import / export documentation for accounting and payments, settling open transactions at bank thru submission of Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry etc., online payments thru bank, coordinate with banks for various requirements is Desirable.
• Monthly reporting will include preparation of Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Costing under guidance from CFO & Seniors.
• Candidate is expected to be proficient in MS Office 365 and possess good English Communication skills.

Education & Experience: -

• B. Com / M. Com (MBA in Finance preferred)
• Strong accounting, taxation, and banking knowledge.
• Experience in LC, BG, cash flow, and forex transactions.
• Having 10 to 12 Years of experience.
